Senator Barbara Boxer Briefs Reporters on Surface Transportation Bill Conference

Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Chairman Barbara Boxer (D-CA) said that she is optimistic the House and Senate Conference Committee will come to an agreement on the Surface Transportation Bill. Her remarks are part of what she says will be weekly updates on the bill’s progress until work is done.
