Secretary of State Clinton Statement on Killing of Osama bin Laden

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made remarks about the killing of Osama Bin Laden and delivered a message to terrorist groups. “You cannot wait us out, you cannot defeat us, but you can make the choice to abandon al Qaeda and participate in a peaceful political process," she said.  The Secretary added "there are some that questioned whether this day would ever come...let us remind ourselves that this is America.  We are resolved."  She made these remarks in the Treaty Room at the State Department.
