Higher Education Costs Discussed at WH Briefing

Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Richard Cordray joined Press Secretary Jay Carney at the White House briefing. They discussed their call on all college and university presidents to make a commitment to provide easy-to-understand financial data about higher education investment and costs.

Following this discussion, Jay Carney  answered questions from the press on other topics including the state of the economy, the situation in Syria and the presidential campaign.
