Emily's List President on Women & 2012 Election

The new 113th Congress consists of a record 20 women now serving in the U.S. Senate.  EMILY’s List President Stephanie Schriock spokes at the National Press Club on how women candidates and women’s issues fared in the 2012 election and where they go from there.

She also discussed the winning strategy for female presidential candidates in 2016 and recruiting women into future races.

According to their website, "EMILY's List has become one of the largest financial resource for minority women seeking federal office." Emily's List is known for supporting pro-choice female candidates for elective office.
