Emily's List Forum on Women & 2012 Election

The group EMILY’s List hosted a discussion on how women candidates and women’s issues fared in the recent election.

The group is known for supporting pro-choice female candidates for elective office. Speakers at this event included Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) who just won re-election, and Democratic National Committee Chairman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL).

EMILY’s List President Stephanie Schriock along with Planned Parenthood Executive Vice President Dawn Laguens joined the discussion which was moderated by Former White House Press Secretary Dee Dee Myers.
